Our experience with Samurai Karate Waverley has been exceptional. The instructors are encouraging, professional and extremely welcoming and I would highly recommend Sensei Charles, Sensei Bec, Sensei Rachelle and all the team at Samurai Karate Waverley to anyone considering karate as a sport.

This Dojo is not recommended.They don't have enough coaches to deal with the different ages/levels if compare with other Dojo.And the hall usually turns into a playground while kids are waiting, this becomes unsafe when children at different age are mixed together and the staff doesn't seem to be trained to take the responsibility to supervise the children.The management doesn't work efficient as it took 4 month to organize the $10 badge (to put on your gii) and id card - but super fast if you buy a new gii around $100.The 1 month free trail is a trick because you will need to pay $100 affiliation fee which is not required by most other dojo for young non-competitive levels.Anyway, it won't hurt to visit more Dojo to compare.
