We had an outdoor blind installed last December/January by Franklyns, it replaced a total disaster by another company and what a difference, we are so happy and can recommend this company.

I am lost for words at the incompetence of this company that promotes its amazing product.First the blinds did not fit when installed. Franklyn blamed that on our windows.Second the armour door which has taken months to get to us since order was placed, did NOT fit last week upon installation.I confirmed the next installation date for 17.5.22 to meet my work schedule only to be informed today that Franklyn scheduled the installation for 18.5.22. If I were this incompetent I would be unemployed. The admin staff who I have dealt with also don't seem to care. Customer service? No apologies?

Just had our shutters installed bg lance, what a great job he did. We niw have a brand new house, thanks Franklyn, jib well done

We visited in store to purchase a standard size white blind. It took three weeks for a check measure and 3 weeks for install. To be honest the blind is similar quality to a blinds from Bunnings. I ordered on the 15th November five motorised blinds from iseekslinds in Melbourne today, the second of December I received my order. No check measure required and better product all round.

Just had front shutters installed. Amazing difference. So much now looking at other parts of house. Very professional installer (sorry did not get his name). Would highly recommend Franklyns team at Helensvale

Staff were not friendly - needed blinds for 10+ windows. Will go elsewhere

Needed to put crimsafe all through our house but had no knowledge of what we really wanted.Charmaine from Franklyn's Helensvale walked us through every step without sales pressure and amazing product knowledge with a lot of patience.Only downside we ordered double to what we intended but happy to do so with the great price.

I’m frustrated and upset. They have not finished installing my pergola cafe blind because of 3 peoples mistakes. I’m so unlucky that much rain this time in my 8 weeks waiting period much water in my marine carpet. Hoping they can finish this soon before my patience will overflow.

My wife and I recently had your blinds and sheers put up in our apartment in Hope Island, and whilst they were professionally installed, my wife and I were not happy with the quality of the sheers. We spoke to the Rep regarding this and it ended up with who said what at the time of choosing the material .We were shown a scrap of the material by him and we were happy with the colour but my wife told him she wanted the same thickness and quality as the ones being replaced .This was not the case and was only seen when stretched open. Stupidly I paid the full amount, and have now lost over $1000. I am a disabled Vietnam Veteran on a pension and cannot afford to lose money like this. I call it heartless and will be telling everyone not to deal with yourselves
