Today was my first experience at this beautiful and vibrant salon. I highly recommend them in every way. The staff are attentive, kind, patient and skilled. I went in wanting a new look but not sure of what and after a 25 minute consult I was on the way to a magnificent make over! I couldn't be happier. Very fairly priced too. Thank you Rixons at Pakington- you have a new regular in me.

I had the pleasure of having Maxine as my stylist & to say she amazing would be an understatement. My consultant prior was exactly what I hoped for in a sense of feeling listened to. Her service was incredible and knowledge was equally amazing. Thank you so much for my new do. I now have my new hairdresser! The entire team were just a lovely & an overall a great environment.

I have just relocated to Geelong and just tried Rixons Pakington for the first time. My hair is very thick and I find it hard to find a stylist that knows how to cut it. Maxine was brilliant! Her experience, knowledge and technique really showed. I am extremely happy with my results. Maxine and the team were very lovely. Overall a great experience.

The genuine care, professionalism and team work shown by the staff speaks volumes of the culture that permeates throughout this business. While the team performed a mere wash and blow dry on my young and dear daughter, it was the manner in which it was done that was exemplary. Thank you ladies….. little things do mean a lot. A 24 carat gold plated platinum rating, if there is such a thing, from one very appreciative client.

Oh my goodness what a fabulous experience I had at this salon. I am a mature woman with silver grey short hair and wanted a trendy easy to maintain cut. They hit the brief spot on. Looking forward to being a regular client.

My experience here was amazing. The staff showed they cared about what I wanted and gave their advice regarding styling and treatment at home. The additional coffee that was provided was also very good.The boutique itself was very stylish and felt very spacey for something so small. I highly recommend.

If zero was a rating - than I would rate you guys a big fat ZERO!Zero for service, zero for styling, zero for professionalism.10 years of loyalty as a customer...resulting in one disappointing afternoon, where I WILL NEVER EVER TRUST you guys again with my families hair.I was too polite out of respect for you and your teams years of good service when we approached you to discuss the appalling job that was executed on my daughters head.Frying my daughters hair and chemically burning her scalp is not service, styling and making her pay for it initially on the day was poor form. Shame on you guys!Yes.. Scott you did refund the money, not until you made comments like this..(Scott) Oh! its not that bad! The cuts good!..Seriously...it looked dry and lifeless the day AFTER she'd been in your salon.(Scott) I've seen much worse!! Far worse!WoW!! That must be so reassuring to tell your clients that you have done this to another woman in the community.Honestly, that is horrifying to hear!Scott.. you even had the bold audacity to say, well she really didn't need to seek medical help" - WOW!! so now you think your medical expert too!! Yet

Absolutely love this salon! I have been going here for almost 3 years and they never miss every single time! Casey is my stylist and she’s amazing, knows exactly what she’s doing and always makes me feel beautiful when I walk out. 10/10 would highly recommended!!!

Fantastic colouring service from Casey. Really understands what you need. Only come once a year from the U.K. but I look forward to a visit to Rixons. 5* service with lovely friendly staff.

It’s such a pleasure being looked after by such a professional team of Stylist cutters, colourists, apprentices & welcoming receptionists too!
