Hunter Valley Martial Arts Centre
Such an amazing Martial arts centre. I always feel welcomed into the lessons. The staff are all very friendly and have excellent skills in teaching martial arts and encouraging character development. The students of all ages are always having fun and learning. The staff are wonderful at knowing what is best for the kids and encouraging them to suceed! I highly recommend hunter valley martial arts to all individuals and families! They believe in what they do and work hard to change the lives of every student who walks through the door in a positive and fulfilling way.

Hunter Valley Martial Arts Centre
Recently completed a Rock and Water Course at HVMAC and was fortunate enough to have some HVMAC staff completing the course too. I was Blown away by the professionalism that these staff members showed for the entirety of the course. They made learning so much easier as their skills were put to good use. They assisted the instructor when needed, with such discipline and without hesitation and HVMAC should be so proud to be displaying such mature and dedicated staff. The equipment and venue was unreal. Thank you to Brian and staff for your kind hospitality. What a great facility.

Hunter Valley Martial Arts Centre
I have been doing the karate and Kobudo (weapons) programs here and I love it! The Senseis are amazing and really care about your learning. I have received so much encouragement and self confidence from doing karate and Kobudo. The adult karate classes are great for people like me who like to learn in a mature environment. I've also seen how great the staff are with the kids at our centre. I have met some wonderful new friends, many of who even feel like family to me, and I always feel encouraged to set and achieve my martial arts goals and life goals! I would recommend Hunter Valley Martial Arts to anyone who wanted to learn self defence or be immersed in a culture of learning and mindfulness as well as fun.

Great Dojo!! plenty of classes throughout the week catering to all skill levels and ages, with a good balance of male and female instructors. The instructors are all very approachable and skilled in their martial arts.I've been training here for the last 18 months and it has been the most physically and mentally challenging, sweaty and fitness improving time of my life.

Enrolling my son into Martial arts was so easy. The staff/instructors are amazing & are on hand all the time to help if you have any questions. The training seems great & the kids really seem to enjoy it.

I train in both traditions karate and kobudo. My whole family does it too in a family friendly centric environment. There are many programs that cater for all levels and ages without compromising the transitions and values of the martial arts. You will be taught by world class instructors, and made to feel welcome and supported in your martial arts journey. You will make many close friends along the way as well. I only wish I started when I was younger.

Such an excellent professionalCentre!The staff are caring, passionate and professional. An excellent place that caters for all the family and caters for different styles.Traditional style karate, traditional weapons, Fight Fit for fitness and well as Brazilian Jui Jitsu for kids and adults. The thing I really like about this program is the offer of a women's only Brazilian Jui Jitsu for a welcoming friendly start to their journey!

My son has been training online with Hunter Valley Martial Arts while the dojo has been closed for the last couple of months.They have been fantastic! The effort they've put in to making their weekly online classes, as well as being able to access live zoom sessions with the senseis has been amazing.It's clear they care about their students, with frequent check ins and even a personal delivery of belt and certificate for his recent grading which would have taken a lot of organisation and time.Thankyou Hunter Valley Martial Arts Centre for all that you do for your students!

Great activity to help our child grow in confidence and maturity. Staff are very friendly. Can tell that all the staff are passionate. Venue is big and clean, parking is easy to get nearby, and classes are good value for money.
