By far the best nandos in Queensland the best service iv ever had at a nandos. The food is always good the staff are amazing they know me as a regular and cook everything exactly the way I like it bring my drinks out as soon as I walk in 100% recommend this nandos

Not once but multiple times, seems like they are always delayed in serving!! On top of that they have a foul mouth especially their female staff! I ordered my meal at 5pm to pick this order up at 6.30pm and when I arrive the staff couldn’t fist find the order in her system and then says another 15 mins. When I said pickup time is 6.30pm she says well that’s not my problem I don’t control what time it shows for pickup! Talk about customer service ! First they are late and the attitude!

Went there for dining with family, took the order , restaurant wasn’t busy, literally we were like the only people there to serve, waited for an hour, staff were just chatting and wondering around, after we waited for 1hour to be serve , the lady come and ask if we already made the order, we were so disappointed and show her the receipt and show the boy the took the order, we even ask the the boy about the order , all he said was he never took the order or serve us before. How can he lie to a customer, he was the only one with the face and the manger was so rude and instead of apologising she was showing attitude towards us and yelling. We told her check the CCTV if you got one, That's ridiculous amount of time someone could wait for their food. And no apology from staff on delay or what happen but being so rude and racist. The worst service and people ever.

Ordered a big workplace lunch for delivery via Uber. Being vegetarian, I ordered a Great Pretender Avo Goodness wrap. Everything got delivered in good time. I took a bite out of my wrap, started eating then realised it was chicken - not vegetarian. Tried calling them 13 times over the next 20 mins with no answer - kept going to voicemail. Ended up having to drive up to the loganholme branch. Told them it wasn't vegetarian and showed them a photo of my meal, so they offered to make a new one and it would be 5 mins. 15 mins later I went to the counter and told the staff member I was waiting on a remake. He picked it up from right in front of him and said 'Here you go'. I don't know how long it sat on the counter for.....Eventually got back to work only to discover there was no avocado and it had the wrong sauce on it - very poor quality and I'm certainly in no rush to go back.

EBONY TODAY WAS JUST AMAZING!!! She is the best employee at Nandos Australia - give this woman a promo. She helped us navigate the menu and order exactly what we needed. Just fabulous!!

The other reviews aren't wrong, this place takes too long to serve. Literally saw my food on the service counter ready to be served and had to wait an extra 20 mins for them to serve it to me. Can't lie, the food is good though.

Not only once it's been third time in a row. Done an app order sitting in the restaurant. First time after repeatedly asking staff about an hour they couldn't find my order this was our additional order after the main order.Second time after placing order (at 6:30) got ETA 7:08pm in my email they couldn't provide my order untill 8:25pm. That's ridiculous amount of time someone could wait for their food. And no apology from staff on delay. Unfortunately thats the only nando's near Loganholme.

Great food. Lovely people. It is unfortunate that the lack of people willing to work these days has an effect on these places ability to cater for busy rush hours. Just thankful that they were nice about the delay. To the people that can’t wait 45mins to 1hour for food, maybe to home and learn to make your own food and stop being rude to these hard working underpaid young adults.
