Peter Grant Orthodontist

After coming highly recommended we were severely disappointed! After taking time off work to attend an initial consultation due to a cancellation we arrived 5 minutes prior to our 12pm appointment, completed the patient form to then sit and wait 50 minutes went by without a word! I politely asked the receptionist how much longer it may be to be told that there was another appointment before us. We were also advised that he always runs late? I'm comfortable with a little late but more than an hour late! Sorry I don't want to wait more than an hour each time we visit and will be taking our business elsewhere! Being the only orthodontist in the building perhaps you should cut back on the amount of appointments you make per day if you cannot attend to all of them punctually! We are all busy people Mr. Grant and I have just wasted hours of my day to attend your poorly managed practice!

Initial experience was pretty good, very affordable and was happy to sit on waitlist as my case wasn't urgent. The communication is terrible though and he's trying to take on too much so I would often feel like I never got his attention at my appointments and he would constantly be running behind. Would not recommend getting aligners here, he will tell you they take 2 weeks but will take 12 weeks each time to make them and ended up adding 6 months to my treatment plan in the end. I tried to pass on feedback multiple times to the receptionists and they said they get the same complaint all the time and they can't tell him and I would have go out of my way to email him instead. Still not completely happy with my teeth in the end, but any check ups I book he will have a quick glance and move onto the next patient.

Two children have had braces through Peter Grant.. We have been very happy with Peter and the team. The service and cost is amazing and recommend Peter and his team 100%.

3D images Dr Grant showed us of what my son's smile would look like post orthdontic treatment were exactly what we got. Everytime he smiles I am reminded of how it was all worth it. Incredible. Highly recommend

Both of my children have had braces by Peter Grant. I can't recommend him enough. He genuinely cares for your child and assists you with advice on how to get the best outcome on your child's teeth. Flexible payment plans and his staff are always lovely.

I've never written a review before but felt I had to say how impressed we were with peter and his staff. Our daughter has just had her braces off and the difference it has mad is amazing. Nothing was to much trouble for them and every time we went there it was a pure pleasure. Its obvious he genuinely cares about his patients and its not all about the money. Thanks again for transforming our daughters appearance.
