I got these guys to rewire my door after my puppy dog shredded it. They recommended a product that she wouldn't be able to destroy and it came with a very reasonable price tag. they were quick and professional and i would be more than happy to recommend them and use them again myself

Very average, organized an appointment with this company the sales guy said he would roll up around lunch time but rolled up at 9.40am instead and wondered why i was not there and blamed the stuff up on his installer making the appointment when it was him that i spoke to initially.Very average company!

Organised a door to be dropped off to be repaired. They informed me over the phone I can't pay over the phone but has to pay cash in store. I had to take my daughter that just had surgery to go pay for door. Got there the guy was rude and said how is he supposed to know about all this. He finally finds the door and tells me here is our bank details put the money in there. Also was $300 to repair the door. Not happy with the service at all. Was going to use them to do a new installation on another property. Not anymore.

Great local company in Smithfield. Excellent products. I had 3 large security doors made and a front door. All excellent. Good turnaround time. Excellent communication and installation. Couldn’t fault them.

Rang to ask for someone to come quote for 3 security Doors, triple locks and 1 with doggy door.Got told no need for anyone to come out they could quote over the phone.How? Without sizes etc.Got asked if glass door was inside or outside...not really understanding, I said outside..don't make them any more he says ....I now realise what he meant.I have now had them done by another company. They got the $?k Very happy

Came in to get a quote was given a rough estimate then and there. Someone came to measure out my door frame the following week and have a more thorough quote. Was told would be about 4-6 week wait for the screen door to be completed and finished. 2 weeks later they were able to come install it much sooner. Very happy with the product as a triple lock security screen door. Service was friendly and quick. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new screen door.

Tried fixing an old sliding door by myself, ran into a few problems fixing it.Took the door with me to get repaired, rocked up told Wayne my issue and without a blink or hesitation Wayne was onto it. very helpful and a top bloke.Now talking the misses into some new screen doors, I'll be coming back for sure.Cheers
