All I came to say was. Thank goodness our normal fish and chip shop had a 45 minutes wait.We will go no where else for fish, seafood and chips. What a hidden gem.

Had fish and chips here on Fri night for the first time after seeing good reviews. We had the gluten free battered barramundi and chips. It was ok but nothing special, fish was very oily and only average taste. The chips were good but no better than most other places. The portion size was very good, no problems there. Noticed the staff all seemed content and friendly but the shop is very small and cluttered and looked a little untidy.Obviously it is a busy shop and popular with locals. Overall it was ok, nothing special but worth a try if you’re in the area, you may find it better than we did. We travelled a distance to get there and wouldn’t bother with it again.

Having travelled much of Australia in a caravan I can safely say the fish and chips and customer service are some of the best I have ever had.Highly recommended!

Even if you’re a little further away, do yourself a favour and head here. Firstly, the service was perfect - friendly and conscientious. There was a 10 minute wait to prepare the food and they ran it out the orders to the cars. The team there were awesome. Secondly the food itself - fresh oil, fish perfectly battered and fresh, large portions. It was “only fish and chips” but when something’s done well, it really shows.

Great fish and chips. The chips were amazing. Best in the area. Fish was juicy with a light, crisp batter.I really enjoyed the prawns and squid. Delicious. The homemade tartare sauce was refreshing and tangy. Nice tasty combo.Very friendly customer service.

Excellent food, good service, very nice gentleman behind the counter, although the order took slightly longer due to large amount of orders flooded the kitchen. Shark fish was tasty, scallops were crispy and fresh

I love saltys chippery so much every time I come here it’s always delicious. I am gluten free and there are so many good options and I have never felt unwell after eating here. The people who work here especially the man who is usually taking orders is always so warm, nice and so helpful. 10/10
