Appalling customer service. Bought a diesel pump in July 2022, returned it for not working, followed up countless times for an update. January 2023, ring and insist on a refund, they tell me it needs to be sent to the supplier at my expense and no refund will be made.. Will not buy another item from SYDNEY TOOLS again. Pathetic customer service.

The most dis-respectful Sydney tools place to visit. They don’t have public bathroom for customers. They are isolated store with no other bathroom place near it. It is unbelievable. WouldNot recommend this store. Bad customer service!

The best tool shop that I have ever been to, they have everything and the customer service is 20/10, Jason from Sydney tools in north parramatta was very helpful and answered all my questions and made very good suggestions. He provided the best service I have ever received in a tool shop. Thank you for your help Jason.
