Mecca Maxima Toowoomba

I just wanted to thank Sarah and the other gorgeous chicky babe for all they did for me today. They knew what I'm going through. People are so quick to give negative feedback but these girls really did go above and beyond for me today and I'm so grateful and thankful. You are all amazing xx

I went into Mecca yesterday and took a while for people to realise that I was there but it was just so I completely understand, I was attended my a lovely lady that done her job incredibly well I feel like actually going back and I know a lot of people say that but generally feel like I could go back and get the experience again bc it was amazing. I was after a foundation that was matte, matched my skin tone, and didn’t look like I was sweating like every other make brand out there, the lady applied to foundation to my cheek and we actually had a good conversation with a few laughs which you don’t get in (PROPER) customer service but yesterday it was proper service. Thank you so much to the lady that helped me unfortunately I wasn’t able to grab her name but she has black hair, she mentioned she was going to the meatstock after work.I personally think she needs a congratulations for her great work.

Kirstie-Lea from the Toowoomba store did my makeup for a maternity shoot. She made me feel very comfortable and did a fantastic job. She even gave me some helpful tips along the way. I would most definitely recommend her :)

Michelle is so knowledgeable. She introduced me to some fragrances I loved and worked with me for ages to find the right lipstick shades. Really enjoyed my experience.

I got the best customer service I have ever received by a young girl named christilee, she was absolutely amazing at her job, made me feel welcome and comfortable.Will definitely be a returning customer!

Non existent Customer service.I was visiting Toowoomba on Saturday and I was running out of my usual products so decided to drop into this store to purchase what I needed.From the moment I walked in, there was no greeting or any acknowledgement from the staff what so ever. I eventually found the NARS display and was looking for a certain colour of concealer but I couldn’t find it. At this point there were two staff members causally talking to each other behind me. One was sitting on the ground tidying up draws and the other one was just leaning on the display. Must be a pretty important conversation as there was still no acknowledgement at this time.Then another staff member came over with a customer and were looking at foundations. By this time It was fairly obvious that I needed assistance, however still no acknowledgement from this staff member either. At this point I walked out, as No way did I want to spend my money here.Regardless if you are with a customer or not, at least acknowledge the presence of someone. Or if you can’t help a customer, grab a staff member that can.Very disappointing as I know the standards of other Meccas and the staff are amazing and always willing to help.

Had a fantastic visit to your store on Tuesday! Michelle tried the makeup on me, showed me the results and gave me direction with the products. Cannot recommend Michelle enough. A product wasn’t in the store so she rang another store (10mins before she was to knock off) and had it posted to be straight away. It arrived within 2 days. I am very happy about the visit considering I normally dread going into makeup stores.

i came to mecca to buy my friend a brazilian perfume for $30. the worker wraps it up all nice as i take it to go to other stores to christmas shop more. i realise leaking coming out of the packaging so i open the packaging to find the perfume leaking all over my hands. i go back to mecca and show them as the worker rips the lid off breaking the plastic seal, after i say it’s a gift. the worker basically claims i’m a liar as she says the pump is still tight and it’s still full so she proceeds to wrap it back up with the seal still broken and still leaking. this is not okay. i do not want to give my friend something opened.
