The person that runs (runs is an extremely strong description) this business is the most rude person in retail I have ever come across, ever! His first interaction with me involved a spray of sarcasm about me using the wrong entry point so needless to say I about turned without many words exchanged on my part other than apologising for the wrong entry point and leaving him with a parting 'Ok see you' .......'You rude F'n c---t'!

Dropped my mower of for service at the end of July 2021, finally got it back end of August 2021 after approx 4 weeks. When I collected the mower it had the somebody else's engine cover on it and mine was no where to be seen. Wont be using this company ever again! Bad service

I am calling it, here is the worst merchant in Ipswich! Take a moment to read other reviews here and 'rude' and 'worst experience' comes up again and again. I have no idea what drives these clowns at all, or how they think their belligerent, obnoxious behaviour is anything but a mess.It would be wonderful to think these bogans in greasy overalls will read these reviews and realise that they need to change, but that is just fanciful thinking. I doubt these buffoons can read.Listen to the advice of others, if not mine, steer clear of this place...

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND, no contact and had a go at me for asking about my air filters where about AFTER 4 MONTHS OF WAITING to find out he's been lieing to me. I got tired of this, rang around to another shop in ipswich. I had my unifilter here in a week from the exact same place he ordered it" you've wasted 4 months of my life you pr##k"

Told they would call me when ready. Didn't happen. Would have appreciated a call advising I needed a new element prior to charging me to replace blades. Clueless when it comes to customer needs.

This is the worst customer service we have ever experienced. The manager (we presume he was the owner) was rude and aggressive and would not listen to a word we said. Instead, he cut us off short and gave us dirty looks throughout our uncomfortable conversation. We had simply taken our mower in for a service. After being treated so rudely, we promptly wheeled our mower back to our car and drove off in search of another mower repairer in Ipswich (- one with a professional attitude). We urge you to not go here and not support this rude individual's business. If I could give zero stars here, I would.

Had my mower serviced and it came back with a significant oil leak and acceleration problems . Took it back while Bob was in hospital. 3 weeks later picked it up but was asked to pay more money, which I refused. Took the mower home, started it and watched oil spurt out everywhere. Terrible service. I wish Bob all the best with his health but would never take my mower to him again.

I simply called to get a price on having my mower serviced. I copped a disgusting, abusive attitude from the grumpy old guy who answered the phone. I'll take my business elsewhere to someone who appreciates the business thanks! Zero Stars!!! Extremly rude!
