I actually think that I'd rather have no internet at all than have Clublinks internet. The hassles of droppages are so common in my household, and there is no improvement. Quite possibly the most unreliable service I've ever used. Nobody else that I know has a service provider as woeful as this.P.S: If I could choose to give less than one star, I would.

Worst Internet Service Provider Ever, Very Unfriendly and Poor Customer Service!! Internet and phone line Dropouts all the time! Never call back and return phone calls! When we get someone on the phone they hang up if they don't feel talking .. They are saying if we are not happy to go somewhere else even-tho they know we can't use other service provider accept them. There should be a organized legal action taken by all Sandhurst/Sandarra residents against them....

Been in Sandhurst for close to a year now. Had more issues with my internet provided by Clublinks than the decade of internet with Telstra and a few years with Optus. Recent issues with unstable internet has only compounded on issues I've had with the services by Clublinks since being here.If I had the money, I would lay brand new fiber to the house connections to each property in the estate, and give major internet companies the option to sell to us, free of charge. Not out of spite of Clublinks, but out of having an internet connect I can rely on.

Moved to an estate serviced only by Clublinks a few months ago and the number of issues we (and the rest of the estate) have had is unfathomable. Dropouts, slow and excuses is all part of the package. How they haven't offered some sort of refund during this time is borderline criminal as we are certainly not getting 100% of what they claim to offer. If you have an option to, stay away from this company.Would rate less than 1 star if I was able to.

Never ever answer the phone. I have left at least 20 messages since almost a week now and still no phone call! The last time I left a message about upgrading, they called me back 20 mins later!!Worst company ever!

The worst ISP company I have ever had to deal with in my entire life, plans are way too high for the minimal speeds and data they provide. Appalling customer service and tech support, if you are lucky enough to even talk to someone. They don't deserve the one star but I had to click on it to be able to post this.
