Truecraft's professionalism, honesty and quality of work could not be over-stated.In 2018 Truecraft was selected to replace our old tin veranda in Epping. Adam first helped us consider new designs to reduce the heat and make it more comfortable. The final result was outstanding. Adam's crew promptly completed the veranda and it is now a delight to use for entertaining etc.In 2020 we used Truecraft again to build a new deck after moving to a town-house in Castle Hill. Adam again guided us on the best design to suite our requirements and again Truecraft completed the deck with minimal fuss.

Adam and True Craft completed all the building work required for our new kitchen to be installed. We are so completely thrilled by the result. Adam and True Craft showed insight and co-ordinated exceptionally well with all of the other trades to co-ordinate a complete renovation including knocking out walls, replacing the ceiling, enclosing a door and installing a feature window. Nothing was too hard, and all our ideas were considered. Adam was able to ensure that we understood what would work and what needed adjusting from our initial ideas.Adam and True Craft were extremely professional taking pride in their work and at the end of each day they ensured the work zone was clean and tidy. Adam took lead role in the knockdown and major internal and external renovation to our home. The work completed included demolition of walls, construction of new kitchen, installation of windows and doors and construction of new outdoor entertaining deck and roof.Adam interpreted the plans and architect specifications and was able to identify problems quickly and recommend a solution that was both structurally sound and cost effective. An example of this was when he found a problem with the alignment of one of the existing walls and then constructed a false wall to rectify the problem. He was also able to suggest minor adjustments to better suit our needs. We trusted his judgement, which did not disappoint.Throughout the work Adam was able to effectively co-ordinate work required by other other tradesmen such as the electrician, tiler and plumber to prevent any undue delays and this resulted in the work being completed on time. On many occasions Adam supervised and supported younger tradesmen on the site and managed all work in accordance with health and safety regulations.Throughout our dealing with Adam, we found him to be hard working, professional, reliable and knowledgeable. His attention to detail was excellent. In the process of constructing our kitchen he listened to our ideas and was able to suggest and install specific lead light windows to match the style of the house.The result is a high-quality renovation that is perfect for our family and a renovation that continues to impress visitors and extended family when they visit our home.We could not have chosen a better builder and would recommend Adam to any of our family and friends.
