Wish I could rate this company a 0/5. Failed pool installation, gave us a cheap quote but as soon as the job got too difficult for them they wouldn’t reply to us or return any phone calls, because it was obviously costing them more than they quoted. Left a hole in our backyard for 3 months and a pool in our front yard for 5 months. Didn’t bother to read any certifications that were supplied to them prior to excavation. Pretty much tried to leave it as long as they could until we would pull the pin and asked for them to buy the pool back off us, which then meant we weren’t eligible to get our deposit back. Useless company didn’t help us to try and find any other solutions pretty much left to try solve the issues on our own.

The whole team were excellent!! Very professional and our installation was fast and efficient!! I love our new pool and I can’t speak highly enough of the service we received.Scott was very informative and helpful. I appreciated all the hard work and the end result was awesome

Great service very friendly and reasonable Pricing.

We couldn't even get a quote because we don't live in the right area apparently, we are on the Central Coast but they only like to concentrate on the Peninsula area we were informed

Reviewing their website: website is good, easy to use. But I visited the site before Christmas, used the call back message service on the website, still waiting for a call back.

These guys don't show up for appointments and don't bother getting back to you

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!Once contracts are signed your issues will be endless, you will get limited to no contact from them, they will likely install your pool (probably a lot later than discussed) , but if you happen to have any issues they will be yours to own and resolve at your own cost. I cannot stress enough how bad this process has been.

Would be nice if they returned my calls.
