Auslink Removals

Worst unprofessional removalist. Took a very long time and could not tell us where our possessions were during the move. 2 Boxes were also lost full of very sentimental special items and there was just no care or consideration - do NOT use this removalist. You will regret it if you do.

Auslink removals are by far the best removalists I've dealt with in Australia. I've moved around a dozen times, and no one made it as easy as Auslink. The price was very competitive too. It was a fixed price contract, no hidden surprises or additional charges. What they quoted is what we paid!We dealt with Geoff, who can write a book on how to provide customer service. He was in touch as and when needed, answered all our questions, was very reassuring, was overall just excellent. You can trust him 100%.Our removalists were Keith and Ash. They were incredibly efficient, were very quick. They cared more for our stuff than we did! They were very careful during the lift-off as well as the delivery.At the end of it all, Geoff followed up with us to enquire if all went well. This kind of customer service is non-existent nowadays.If I am to move again, I'd be calling Geoff first thing.

I moved from Adelaide to Brisbane with very minimal things. The service of this company is beyond poor. The only things that survived the trip with no damage was my boxes of clothes and my 1 box of shoes. Everything else was damaged. I got a $150 refund after I had to go to fair trade and one of my damaged items cost me $100 to fix. They rocked up late and when I messaged to say it was too late I got told to bad. The reason the driver was late according to the actual driver was because he needed to go to the bottle shop for alcohol. He had no one to help so just dragged everything with no respect. Opened the doors and nearly collected with electrical wires. This company is highly unprofessional and if I could give them zero stars I would. Do not use this company.

Fabulous service - Backloads and removals Cairns to Gold Coast - every week - awesome friendly removalist business - easy to deal with. We shopped around and went down many rabbit holes but Geoff McKie - Auslink years of experience - most professional and best quote by far. Highly recommend this business to anyone requiring a move from FNQ. I am a genuine client and these are genuine photos of some of the furniture the Auslink boys carefully picked up at our home Kewarra Beach and a perfectly coordinated delivery to our Gold Coast apartment.
