Mack Hall Real Estate - West Perth

After reading some of these reviews, and the interaction I had with Richard Self at an open home, I don't know why a company would employ such a blatant fool, who has no regard for other people. He was not only deceptive about an apartment being tenanted, but doubled down on it and say it's his right to withhold that eventually obvious information just to get a few more signatures on his visitation form. Makes you wonder what else he is lying about.

I used services of Richard Self in selling my apartment.He was excellent throughout the process in terms of communication and got the job done super quick.I am really grateful as I believe he is very efficient and has a wealth of experience.Thank you!

Sheridan is absolutely awesome. She went out of her way to sort out any issues for me. Her communication in getting back to me quickly and taking immediate action was amazing. She is an outstanding Property Manager. She is a great problem solver and looks after both the landlord and tenant s interest together. I would 100% recommmend her. Well done Sheridan.

I am a tenant living in a property, in West Perth that Sheridan Stratton managers. I cannot speak highly enough about her supportive, professional manner. She has always been punctual, prompt to address any issues and consistently responds without delay. As an owner or a tenant, she treats all with respect and courtesy. I cannot fault her and think Mack Hall Real Estate are fortunate that she is one of the bright faces of your company.

I was a tenant at a property managed by Jessamine Lawrie. The real estate agent entered my place during the lease without warning, without my consent and didn’t even notify me afterwards. I only found out when I came home, realised the lights were on and messaged them to ask. Although they admitted to entering my place, no apologies was ever given, not even admitting that what they did was wrong.The rangehood at the place was also broken before I moved in and was never fixed during the lease despite me following up multiple times.Background: I always paid rent on time, kept the place clean, received my full bond back, and always communicated promptly.

Bought my first property through Richard Self. After being shown through a few properties I could tell Richard had the knowledge and expertise to assist me with the process. Richard's approach was professional and smooth. As a first home buyer I was nervous but any concerns and questions I had Richard was able to help me. I would highly recommend him to anybody looking to purchase or sell.

Cannot speak highly enough of the property manager, Amber. Although she wasn't strictly working for us, we found her to be efficient, fair and reasonable and represents your brand in a very positive light. The best we have dealt with.

Mack Hall Real state management is really poor, problems take ages to be solved. Asking for a new remote key to access to the building and 1 month later still awaiting. Leaking problems in the apartment with no solution for almost a month now. Really upset!

I have rented with Mack Hall since April of 2022, and have had a 10/10 experience as a tenant. Amber is an amazing property manager, so lovely to deal with, and responds to any maintenance straight away and has it organised within the day. Amber was so accomodating to me when my lease unfortunately didn't get renewed, with organising an extension by a few months - she really went above and beyond and it took a huge stress off. I can't speak highly enough of her service, will really miss having her as my PM! Thanks for everything.

What a completely switched off agency. Got money in my pocket, keen to buy a listed property, the sales guy Richard Self is asleep and should be working in Coles checkout. Doesn't return calls, multiple days to return an email question, asked about inspecting a property soon as possible, cash buyer etc - no return call, is now 3 days since enquiry. I wonder if his client knows how useless he is at selling their property.
