My 1970s tile roof was replaced with a Colour Bond roof by MHI. The professionalism, communication and responsiveness of the MHI team before, during and after the roof replacement was excellent. Notably Elton, Rhyan and Chloe clearly communicated with me about issues with the existing roof and effective solutions throughout the reroofing project. My neighbours were very interested in watching the reroofing and share my joy with the schmick new roof.

Have just had new roofs installed on two dwellings,the team went over and beyond to make the end result so perfect,the difference it makes is incredible.The boys worked very hard in the heat and the insulation plus roof has made an incredible difference to the house.They also installed an extra whirly bird and had to do some retimbering in part of my roof,which wasn't in the quote but they did anyway.i would not hesitate in getting my home improvements for any home improvements as they were very professional team.Not only professional also reasonable pricing.I had so many people comment on how lovely it looks and it's not only made house cooler and energy efficient it's looks marvelous.

Great operator, found them to be well priced, professional and prompt in all dealings. Had an asbestos roof replaced due to storm damage with a new colourbond roof, they had a slight issue in communications between the tenant and property manager causing access issues but was no fault of theirs. Credit to them they managed to still work around these difficulties and get a quality job done in an amazing time frame considering all the challenges the job presented. Thanks again MHI, will happily recommend and use you guys again. 5 Stars and 2 thumbs up from me.

We paid over $40,000 for a Tile to Colorbond roof, to just be stuffed around every step of the way and still be delivered a sub par product.WE had to do so much work with this job. Everything was very unprofessional and we got thrown out a lot. The communication was terrible and planning was shocking. We found copious amounts of cigarette butts around the house during the works. We spent 5 days without hot water because the roofer didn't show up when they said they would.4 holes in the ceiling. They have been fixed but was a hassle to organise and kept getting pushed back and rescheduled. Ended up having to replace 90% of the roof with a different roofer (Provided by MHI) due to the horrible workmanship.Sorry to write this bad review but it needed to be done otherwise things won't change for the next person.

Fantastic work carried out by Wayne and his team. My roof was completely restored and resealed and it looks amazing after 16 years. It was hassle free and we hardly noticed they were there. Best service all round!! Thank you so very much. We are so very happy with the results.

m first everything was professionally conducted. Every step set out on the original quote was started exactly on time, and as set out. I cannot speak highly enough of John, the roofer, his work is exemplary. This company gets a big 5 stars plus from me.

My new roof looks amazing! Elton assisted with providing a quote and gave me confidence with his knowledge. He even got me up the ladder so he could show the problem areas on the roof which was very educational. It took a few months from acceptance of the quote to installation but Chloe the project manager kept me regularly informed of changes to dates (due to weather!). Chloe was so helpful and her communication and professionalism in managing my roof replacement was exceptional. Saxon and his team were fantastic. I found the whole team to be very respectful of my property and they were all friendly and helpful whenever I had a question. I had a leak about a week after the installation and Saxon came back out very quickly to fix it up which I very much appreciated. The whole team made this a very good experience and I highly recommend MHI. I am very happy with the end result.

These guys did exactly what they say they would and more.Elton provided the quote (both roof and solars), Chloe was in charge of all the communication, Michelle handled all the invoices, and of course the roofers, the prep crew, and the cleaners. Everyone did an amazing job. Highly recommend these guys. Special shout out to Chloe who has exceptional customer service skills.Well done team
