The North Spoon
We had our wedding reception here and it was the best decision ever! Every guests loved our food from canapes until our desserts. I can't emphasize that enough. Their service during our event was also excellent, very accommodating. If you are looking for a small group events around North Sydney, this is the best place!!

We recently had the opportunity to photograph one of our wedding couple at The North Spoon!The staff at The North Spoon are so professional and amazing to me and the guests, the food is also amazing!I highly recommend anyone thinking of hiring this venue for their wedding!

First of all the service was great, very friendly. The seating was nice, area had space and overall atmosphere was great.However the food was pricy and needed improvements. The texture of the Spaghetti Carbonara was clumpy (overcooked?) and the flavour tasted watered down. The Creamy mushroom tasted DELICIOUS but portion was quite small for $21.45.Finally, the prices on the menu did not include GST so when we got the receipt we felt mislead. E.g. Carbonara was $25 on the menu but $27.5 was charged.Please fix the prices on the menu, the food taste and portion thank you.

Cozy cafe with good coffee, but the staff members are too rushed. Understood if you guys are busy, as a customer, you put pressure on people to decide what to order. Husssshhhh

A wonderful nice place to chill and chat with friends having lovely gatherings, their food is great, nice plate serving and really adds on with a good weather! The shop owner walks around, takes care of everyone, really good!! Give a big thumbs up~~

Great coffee. Bright and airy local cafe, well spaced with good ambiance. Had the jaffles (Margherita and funghi one) and they were a good light snack and quite delicious. Friendly service, would return to try more.

Great local cafe and restaurant in McMahon's Point. Very generous sitting area, with enough space between the tables yet retaining cozy atmosphere. Great interior and exterior design and attention to detail. The service is friendly and attentive, food was delivered to the table very fast and with a smile. Coffee roaster is Will&Co which is not my cup of coffee personally but I can see how other people like it. The food is home style and generous size portions - we had a breakfast board for two and it was enough food for two hungry people.

A nice cafe, with good atmosphere, nice open space and nice views from the outdoor area. The staff were very attentive, knowledgeable, and polite! Brunch was very nice, the bread tasted really good! The coffee was ok, not the best I’ve had though. Overall a really nice spot for brunch in North Sydney!The food pictured is the Bruschetta with added poached eggs and the green salad with added chicken.

We had the North Spoon vegetarian breakfast plate. The portion is large and the food is very tasty.The potato cake is very well fried, mushroom really juicy, and the beans and it’s sauce also good. I also like the sour dough they used, it’s a bit hard on the edges though. Overall I think the meal is very satisfying.The service is also very good, and the surrounding is lovely and comfy. Certainly good to bring your other half or family over.
