A good Woollies in a convenient location. It gets very busy at times but they have lots of self-service checkouts and most of the staff are helpful. It's best to go early to avoid the crowds!

I was checking out my groceries and dealt with a rude Indian hijabi women at the self service checkout. I was calling out for assistance at the checkout and she came too close for comfort near me when she was fixing an issue at the checkout machine and she didn't bother to say sorry or moved bit away from me, since I couldn't move back that there was glass behind me. I told her that she came too close to me and she said if you move back it'll help us, I told her I couldn't move back that there was glass behind me and told her to move abit away. She didn't listen kept telling me to move and like she was blaming me for her action and she walked away and didn't care. Unacceptable Disgusting behaviour from a woolworths employee. Shame on her.

Convenient. I do wish they restocked the items frequently.Also, the pricing is weird. An item is originally marked at $6. They advertise a new ticket marking the item at $6 as 'low price'. Doesn't make sense.Also, some of the items are on sale but when I go to the checkout, they are at the original price. When I asked the staff, they said that the price was for tomorrow. Why would you put the item on sale today if it's for tomorrow??

Went to Lady at fast checkout said lane closed, have to walk around to self serve she did nothing but sip water play on her ph. self check out was dirty. poor service. This is the worst ww store I've ever been to. If want me to self checkout I want a discount. Coin trolleys not acceptable.

Always issues with the self checkout. It seems nobody is able to just scan their items, pay, and get on with their day, one of the attendants always has to intervene because the self checkout is acting up. Even worse is when after all that hassle one of the security personnel asks to see the receipt for the items you've just paid for.Please staff your manned checkout stations and stop wasting our time with malfunctioning self checkout equipment.Very frequently there is a lack of eggs on the shelves, and this is not a new occurrence, sort out your egg supply, you're a supermarket.
