Beautifully smoked meats prepared in a wonderful manner. Staff always friendly. Food always on point. A little on the expensive side but the quality means it's worth it. Birta tacos and tomahawks have been the favourites to date

Best BBQ I've ever had! The Birria tacos were delicious, the burger was yummmmm, the brisket was perfect. My one complaint is the mac n cheese wasn't great.

Excellent experience. Had the brisket burger and chips and it was sensational. Great service and good prices. My mate also enjoyed his double smashed burger.

I’ve tried them for the 1st time in 2020, they were amazing. Last week I went back, their brisket was even better than before. The beef ribs though were chewy. May be because it was the last rib.

Updated 4/12 - ordered the brisket box, it's great value for the amount of food you get. The brisket was tender and moist, one of the best in Brisbane. Most other restaurants who serve brisket use leaner cuts and it becomes super dry. The mac n cheese had good flavour and the pickles help cut the greasiness of the meat. Highly recommend checking out barbecue mafia.Barbecue Mafia has one of the best burgers in Brisbane. $15 for a double smashed beef burger with crinkle cut fries, can't ask much more than that. Customer service is really friendly and food comes out quickly. I'll be back to try the barbecue menu.

Food was absolutely amazing! Can not fault anything, well worth the drive.Staff are very welcoming and friendly. Fantastic cooks.We ordered the Platter for Two.Sorry photos were an after thought and taken during our drive home. There was a pretty decent sized smash burger, plus a second Mac and cheese which my son and I had demolished pre-photo. I didn't get to try the Mac and Cheese, but my son and missus said it was really yum. As for the burger, I've had my fair share of burgers over the years and this was by far the best one. Can't wait to come back and test out some more of your burgers.Cheers guys!!!

Holy toot!The food here is next level! We grabbed an assortment of stuff on our plate - everything shined (although the Mac n cheese wasn't the greatest).The only issue I took was with the staff serving. The two gals at the register were asked a question about the serving size - they suggested we get a Texas box for two - but the giggle and eye roll from them when my partner turned to relay the info to us (we were stood out of the way) just wasn't called for.Too cool for school.We still ordered, we've been fans for ages. Next time ladies, save your sarcasm for display in the kitchen, not front of house.The fine fella that delivered our order to the table was completely the opposite. Well done mate, you don't know it but the 10 seconds you spent to interact saved our experience.

Barbecue Mafia, good food! The burnt ends we’re the best part of our meal, the burger was yummy and the brisket tender. It had to be hands down the best corn bread I’ve had and i have travelled to the USA multiple times. If I could fault this place the Mac an cheese was a tad dry and the seating could have been done better! Other then that great meal!

Google asked me what I think of this place as I went recently so I'll review it. Was enticed by their meatball sub via Instagram and made a trip especially out to try it. But it was disappointing. The food was finger licking good. Since they were crazy busy therefore our order took a while to get ready but it was worth the wait.Highly recommended!!!
