Spent all friday afternoon trying different plumbing wholesalers looking for what i would see as a normal thing to have in stock ( a tap for a urn ) . They all said they had to order it in and it would take 3 days . This guy had 6 in stock and they were cheaper than the big chain plumbing suppliers . Legend

I needed a replacement part for our stick vacuum cleaner. I phoned first to check. The person there was helpful and informative over the phone. They had it in stock so we went there to get it. He checked it all before we left. My vacuum cleaner now works like new and we don’t have to buy a new one. A great place to know. Would use them again without hesitation.

Spoke on the phone about a part for a coffee machine, because the photo on the website didn't match the part needed. I was assured that it would be the correct part, despite the photo showing otherwise. I ordered based on that assurance. The part arrived in reasonable time and was in fact the correct one. Happy to recommend.

I needed two replacement parts for my KitchenAid Mixer and easily ordered these through the website, receiving them just a couple of days later in Sydney. They appear of good quality but were a reasonable price and my machine is back up and working!

We were having problems with our Sunbeam Cafe Series coffee machine that's still under warranty. Were given a list of Sunbeam agents and first one we chose said it was the way we were making the coffee. Not happy. So, contacted Sunbeam again and this time went to Ellis Electrical in Dandenong. Well, the difference in approach was fantastic, and after a new seal and clean, it's working as it should have done from the word go. Can't recommend this firm highly enough. Well done, Ellis!

DO NOT TRUST !!!! Purchased a milk frother through their ebay store. Received a call after the expected delivery date to advise they did not actually have the item in stock. This was after the order was placed over two weeks ago. I specifically made this order to receive in time for Christmas. After expressing my dissatisfaction i was told 'oh well we will refund'' with no empathy to my situation. Very misleading with products/advertisements and horrible customer service. Do not trust the advertised items.
