Unique Clothing Alteration

Don't bother if you require anything other than very basic alterations. The ladies ruined two pairs custom made suit trousers that had to be fixed elsewhere. They refused to refund me. The staff claim to have a poor command of English and will play on this in the event of a dispute.

For alterations they're fine, but for repairs, forget it, they are way overpriced for the work being done. It shouldn't cost $30 for what equates to 15 minutes of work, that's $120 an hour. That's more than what a surgeon makes.Also I think they need a few lessons in English. Anything other than very basic, almost child like conversation, and you've confused them beyond all reckoning.This trait of smiling and nodding to indicate they understand when clearly they don't is problematic when you're primarily dealing with the public that mainly converses in English.Spend some of those hundreds you make per hour on a few courses, it's worth it.

I don't know what's with these complaints below but I've had my alterations done in this place so many times and their service had always been wonderful. The fees are reasonably priced compared to other overpriced franchises. Always prepare and allow reasonable time/days to have your items altered in quality rather than pushing them to get it done for you in 2 hours and then complain about the outcome...

The owner is very rude and has no customer service skills. He seems like he hates his job and couldn’t care less about what his doing. We ended up stopping mid fitting and leaving cause that’s how bad it was.

Store owner was very angry and agressive towards me because i returned to him twice after altering my pants way too short both times.You were a very friendly man the first day, but then complete opposite when i returned. Quite dissapointing my friend. You were also yelling at your wife very aggressively in front of everyone. It was a very big scene and all the customers outside were shocked. You need to think about how that looks mate.I will not return and i will definitely not recommend others. Just remember without customers there is no business so hope you can start treating people better so they feel happy to return and recommend you and you can get back on track one day.

I had 2 pants shortened for $15 each. The lady served me with a smile, and suggested that I try on both pants for accurate measurements. The service took only 1/2 an hour. My pants were tailored professionally and flawlessly.

The lady is nice,but that's as far as it goes. When I got home looking into her work my suit is RUINED. Do no recommend bringing nice clothes here... too many corners cut, for my jacket a button is chipped, the seems werent even atemped to be fixed properly and the inside of my sleeves are just messed up. As for my pants she shortened it fine but the stiching looks so fragile. All in all it was way too expensive for the quality. I just bought this suit and she ruined it :((My heart sank when I got home and looked at my suit... I have a wedding to go to and I wanted to look nice. Super dissapointed.I'd never want to come back. Not worth 110 bucks I paid.

Had my pants tailored here for only $10. A very friendly and professional tailor who was able to outdo his promise of having it ready by 11am Monday morning when I gave it in at 2pm Sunday arvo, only for him to be ready at 4:30pm Sunday. Would definitely come back here for more tailoring, especially since now my pants are the correct length!!
