After contacting a couple of other businesses that just didn't feel right, these guys made me confident straight away.I contacted them at 3:30 p.m. hoping to book removal for the next day and by 7 p.m. my old car was gone and I had a cheque in my hand for the same amount we'd agreed upon over the phone. The service was clear and friendly from start to finish.To top it off, when I went to exchange my cheque, the bank teller told me she'd been dealing happily with this same business for years. I definitely recommend.

They came and collected my car the same day i put the request in online.Took one star off due to being presented with a cheque rather than just sending me the money electronically or cash payment….it takes well over a week for a cheque to clear and not all of us are willing or able to leave the house just to deposit a cheque.

Easy experience and fair price to remove my old neglected car ($350 for 2003 Holden Astra). Great communication every step of the way. Called them Thursday afternoon, they promptly called back after I left a message, said they guaranteed removal by Monday but would do their best to source a driver for the next day, and would call me either way to confirm. Tow truck driver called 2 hours later to confirm next day pick up. Geoff from Magic Towing called that morning when he was on the way, was very professional and friendly on arrival. Initial contact on the phone was excellent.The follow up message was quick and thequeries made were easily answered and accepted.The response then with confirmation and payment price to pick up was good.The car was able to be picked up when I requested, and as advised I was phoned at least an hour prior to the tow truck driver arriving atmy house.The driver with the help of my next door neighbour was able to push the car (the battery was dead) into the driveway so that it could be easily winched up onto the tray of the tow truck.The pick-up was swift and professional with documentation filled in, signed by me, and a cheque for the agreed payment given to me. The whole job from start to finish was professional, trustworthy and swift.I was very pleased and so glad that I chose Car Removal Melbourne.

They were able to come within a reasonable time and in fact arrived at that approximate time as stated. They were prepared and they did not take long to remove the vehicle. They gave me a cheque for the undriveable vehicle which was the amount offered when booked which was fair and reasonable. The driver was polite and courteous. I would use them again
