Did a certificate II in Landscaping here and the teachers were very helpful as well as it was a good environment to learn in with lots of resources.Librarians at the counter though were a bit grouchy sometimes and didn't seem to know what they were doing.

Would actually like to put in a formal complaint if I can find the time. Vet nursing cert 4 was an absolute joke.Firstly, they were so quick to take your money but the course had changed from what it previously was, which was 3-4 days on campus and they would find you work placement. It had gone almost entirely online, we had 1 day a week on campus for practicals (if we were lucky) but the course still cost as much AND you have to find ur own placement. There was no organisation and it was very much we will just get that part done sometime before *insert deadline here*".Teachers sometimes get back to you

The Horticultural Arboreal guys undertook a challenging wildlife hazard removal from high in a tree on the Yarra River. It was a kite and ropes that was threatening entanglement to our flying foxes and birds in the area. Many thanks to them. Greatly appreciated.

I was into my second year and left due to the communication ossues and lack of efficiency in how the students were treated. The teachers are not good enough and my complaints and issues were never taken seriously. I had issues that could have been resolved but were ignored which lead to having further problems with my coursework. Its unorganised and you can count of little to no leadership which is incredibly important. If you're looking for a laid back dgaf (dont give a f**k) response from the staff then go here. Ive asked for help from teacher who just pass me on to the student next to me for help instead. It's not their job its yours.Annie is aweful. I lost grades due to her NEVER responding to my emails in regards to coursework, and she was on campus twice a week for two classes (one hour each). I was constantly taking myself into the teaching offices for questions to he answered and for assistance because half the time we had no teachers. This is the only place in victoria which offers any form of degree in illustration - and it's the most disappointing degree.

Had applied an animal studies course 2-3 weeks before the course starts, at the end they called me saying the course is full just one day before the course starts. I should apply another institute if they can let me know earlier. Thanks so much and so disappointing. Not recommend!

I currently attend animal studies and the teachers have been great, and all the animals are well taken care of. However, communication and organisation is all over the place. Both times enrolling for my courses has been a complete disaster on their part. Great campus, and lovely teachers. But organisation and communication really needs to be reexamined.

Illustration:Some Teachers are really good and show professionalism teaching class work that is relevant and engaging to what is current. However there is one reoccurring teacher that lacks in all mentioned and is teaching outdated classes and just not understanding the students whatsoever always too busy to mark students work or email them, as they are teaching a handful of classes doing a class themselves and acting as a coordinator of sorts.--- PLEASE REMEMBER THIS IS ONLY ABOUT THE ILLUSTRATION BACHELOR ---Update: Do not go here for illustration, the coordination of the whole course is off and completely disorganized, teachers hardly teach the classes and expect the students to just assume or guess what they are wanting from the teachers because the briefs are that vague. If you have any sort of medical written up report by the college themselves the teachers will ignore it or misunderstand what it actually entails keeping it on the shelf" as stated by the coordinator instead of on the teachers person where they can read how to approach the student correctly and how to deliver their education to them. Their moodle system is the most time wasting device they have and is just an added layer of stress on top of an already filled timetable
