It is easy to find a property agent offering good service before the deal, but what Janssen and the team give me is much more than that. After the deal completed, they still offered helps and came to my house to sort out the issues for me. It was really out of my expectations and with their help, I can settle down easily in my new house. Dodgy. They did not pass on another (better) offer as they had a relationship with the purchaser. I found this out later, even saw copies of the correspondance. Kept their commission despite not making the sale (seller defaulted). WATCH OUT!
