After recently putting a Q5 on order, and my first ever Audi purchase, I felt it made sense to being to research my options for what servicing is going to cost me. The dealers quoted me through the nose for the first 3 standard servicing. I called a bunch of other private shops and they weren't just more expensive, the customer service was terrible. I even had one guy tell me that he didn't need my business.I will definitely be bringing my car here. It's a family owned business. Steve answered all my questions and their pricing was excellent. Really friendly business.Great to have a local expert! Highly recommend calling them for a second opinion

Visited Volksmuller for the first time recently for a logbook service. Annangrove is a little out of the way for me but I had heard good reviews. The quote for my service was <$70 difference from a VW dealer service including loan car ($40).Additional repair work was performed and billed beyond the logbook service - I would have preferred to have done the repair myself but was not consulted before it was performed. They did, however, find a fault in the cooling system which was promptly remedied through warranty by VW, and I am grateful for that.Overall a competent workshop, but I would not go out of my way to for a regular service.

Had a minor service due and decided to get a stage 1 APR tune also. Car pulls really well. Service is friendly and quick and the staff at Annagrove are really knowledgeable. Thanks to Paul and the Volksmuller team! Will definitely be returning.

Thanks to Paul and the guys at Volksmuller for fixing an issue with my Amarok which had been plaguing me for 3 years and countless trips to dealership service departments. They were highly professional and provided great communication with regards to the diagnosis of the issue.The service price provided great value for money.I would highly recommend these guys to other VW/Audi/Skoda owners.

I took my 2011 Amarok to these guys after calling them a few months earlier to discuss issues I was having with my clutch. Each and every time I spoke to them, they were knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Above all of this, their pricing was second to none when it came to replacement the worn out unit. The dealer mechanics told me that a rattle in my dash board was going to need the dash to be disassembled. Turns out to be a spring that was gone in the clutch diagnosed by Mullers. About an hour after discussing the issue with them the final time, I took my vehicle over. They had a great little Golf as a loan car which I didn't have to book 6 weeks in advance like the dealers. when I came to collect, they showed me the worn out parts and I have to say, this is one of the best client experiences I have had when dealing with anyone to do with cars. Well done - I'll be back.

Poor workmenship. They are not honest and will keep taking your money while they trial and error fixing your vehicle which creates more problem in your car. they took 2 months and at the end still car is not fixed. their prices are too high! Don't recommend.

Great Service. The mechanics that really knows about the car and spend TIME to look into the details of the car. I went to 3 different VW dealerships with most of them being drive through" type of service and still couldn't diagnose the strange noise that the car had. I was only left with the response that the noise was normal "wear and tear". BUT the experts at Volksmuller picked up the problem within 2-3 min of road test and told me exactly what to do.Will be back soon to get the tuning done with you!"

Called in here after being advised from another dealership to come by to finish a rego check. The guys hadn't been informed of the situation properly by the other dealership but still sorted me out in no time and even had a check over some issues I mentioned with no hesitation. Straight up advice, no BS. Will definitely come back to get work done in future.
