Mintaro Hideaway

Nice location. Quaint cottages. Worst mattress and sleep. My tent is more comfortable

We took all three cottages as a larger group and had a very good time using it as our base for exploring Mintaro and Clare. A great country place but expect to share with a few spiders and insects like most country homes. We would recommend having the Jolly's Rest cottage to obtain the real" kitchen plus whichever other cottage you require. The common courtyard is pleasant for shared meals with good shade for hot weather of December. The other cottages have "cupboard" kitchenettes which may suffice for a day or two or small groups. We liked the old world charm befitting heritage listed Mintaro and enjoyed the fruitfulness of the Clare Valley."

Nice place to stay in Mintaro. Has a fire place with firewood to keep warm in winter. Clean and tidy

Amazing historical accommodation. Basic kitchen but served our needs well enough. Definately recommend. Will be back.
