So apparently to get time off from these scam contracts you have to have had an operation or have seen a specialist. Doctors and physiotherapist are not good enough for them. Also the 3 months contract is actually 4 months because of the 30 day cancellation scam. So i would say add another month to all your plans if your thinking of joining otherwise they hit you with a $200 fee for cancelling early. Oh and don't think you will here boo from them after the 2 week hello phone call. I had 2 months off and i didn't here a thing until 1 of my payments was late. Heard from them same day with a message starting with I hope your ok and ending in make payment.The contract was dodgy from the start and needed to be adjusted as what i was told and what was written didn't much up.I wouldn't recommend signing anything with this business.Some positives are that the creche is really good and the girls at the front desk are really nice.

Attention GuysIf you’re planning to join the gym just know that they will haunt your bank account for keeping the membership and paying every week like you’re their personal ATM machine.They will ask for $200 for cancellation and won’t let you cancel by making several so called membership rules !!!!I’m regretting by purchasing a 12 month membership because they’re not leaving me alone .I have cancelled my membership subscription and they are still charging from my account and when I stopped paying , they start emailing me to report it to credit collectors and which can effect my credit score in the future.I am a 22 years old student who is living independently and I have lost my job 3 months ago and can’t even afford to eat well and they are continuing emailing me by blackmailing me regarding my credit score and asking me to pay for it.I talked to my friend and he was willing to help me because of my current situation and he said if possible then I can transfer my membership to him . I emailed the gym that this happened and they said I still have to pay the due amount along with extra $60 something dollars to complete the transfer.Complete nonsense, if I would be in situation to afford that then why would I ask for help and transferring.I am crying every day because I’m too scared of them reporting me to the credit collectors as I am on a student visa.Please be careful if you’re planning to get a membership there .It’s better to get a membership at 24/7 gym became these people are heartless.

Really great gym! The atmosphere is amazing and all the people are great! The PT's here are awesome to work with! Can not recommend enough :)

The green does the gym a disservice and reminds me of fluorescent slime. The lady at reception bubbled enthusiastically about their new gym to open soon, which is just as well. The brand seems more about intense sports like boxing, as opposed to casual body sculpting or weights. Equipment seemed dated and the general atmosphere felt like there was something missing. The new rates when the new gym opens aren't expected to be competitive but the location - on the top of West Point - saves the day.

As a new gym member I really appreciate the efforts made by staff in particular Mikaylan, that made training less scary! Vibe was such a good place to start, great equipment, the other members and amazing creche! Worth every dollar, sad to see it go but excited for the upgrade at club lime.

Really good gym, really clean facilities, really kind and helpful staff members that are happy to help and a cracker gym community that welcomes every to achieve their goals.

Such lovely staff. Love the Zumba classes, especially with the ever energetic Elena! Vibe tribe group fitness is great! Big shout out to Taylor, a very supportive trainer!

All Stars from me. It's a wonderful place for daily work out and training. Group classes are great and instructors are very fit and helpful. I highly recommend to join this Vibe health club. It's a nice place for every one for daily work out.

Very friendly staff and great atmosphere with good range of equipments.There are plenty of classes to attend to. I have an Overall happy experience till now.

Such a great gym! Staff super friendly and helpful! The crèche is next level! My 6 & 8 year old love going! They are super family Friendly and support your training in all aspects. I found the joining process accomodating and far from the old days where gyms charged through the roof with joining fees etc. vibe is affordable and truely for the members.highly recommend.
