Priceline Pharmacy

Long waiting time at prescription desk, don’t know wt s going on! Staff walk around ask each other and I can see my pills on desk, after a checking and checking for 20mins, pills were handed to me. At cashier, a old lady with black hair ( not tall) was really “friendly”! Certainly she was not happy that I purchased sth from her store, (but she is not the owner)On Springvale road, there is chemist warehouses, much better than here.

When I went to payThe Etpos machine says “Training not supported “ after my first transaction.Then happened again “training not supported”. So another employee come to try fix the issue. Now the line is getting longer.Then happened a third time “training not supported”. Line getting even longer.The employee that came to try fix the issue opens another register to get the line moving and served the customer after me.The “customer after me “ had her transaction completed before me.I was moved to another register and finally got my order processed.The whole process from lineup to complete transaction took longer and unnecessary 30 seconds. Your customers time are valuable.How is it a good service if the person after me got their transaction done before me?

My experience with the Forest Hill store has been a positive one and hopefully this review will bump up the ratings. I purchased a pair of reading glasses, 3 magnification, got home and found that they were too strong for reading from computer screen. Not expecting that I would be able to return as worn, I contacted the store and was told that could come in and exchange for 2.0 pair. The staff were friendly at the cash registers.

IF YOU NEED RAT TEST KIT, follow their Instagram!! They tell you when they restock.I called them yesterday to find out when’s the best time to queue up, the lady suggested some people started queuing at 2pm while they start selling at 3pm. Got there at 2pm and there’s already a long queue waiting!Got my RAT eventually, limit of 2 pp. $15 each (not the cheapest).Before trying PL forest hill I tried other pharmacy too but I hear “all gone” “sold out” all the time yet no one knows when they restock. If you are willing to spend an hour waiting and don’t mind they are a few dollars expensive, try them.There’s a little hiccup where they accidentally charged me something I didn’t buy for, but at least their staff did pick up my phone calls and did managed to call me back as promised, and ultimately the issue was resolved.Because of all those guess I won’t take a star off from my review. Keep up the good work guys!

I bought ferro plus c here and it cost $29! The same item was $13.95 at chemist warehouse. I’ll never go there again

General has most things all the other Priceline stores stock, although this store is often cramped with too much stock displayed in narrow aisles and around the registers. Feels a bit unorganised. Service isn't the best either, hit and miss. I've had some friendly service staff somedays, and other days they are disinterested or not many staff available. Purely go to this Priceline due to the convenience of location in Forest Hill Chase.

Almost had my first Karen moment - staff were all snippy and rude. Weird and unwelcoming environment. Mandatory xanax before shift might be a suggestion...?

Closed early before lockdown and when I had to send my friend to collect my prescription they were shutting before the posted time. Almost needed to go to hospital for my essential medication. As an essential service you should at least stick to the hours that you have posted outside the store.

I have never posted a google review before. The female pharmacist refused to serve me due to it being busy (even though I was happy to wait) and was exceptionally rude for no reason. I have never had such a bad experience at a pharmacy. I will never be going there for anything ever again and I encourage people unless they like to have servers being rude to them and unhelpful for no reason to Stay away! I wish I could give no stars with this review
