Massive range, great prices (why would you bother with any other brand when JD is less with more features?) and helpful staff.Also not at all pushy when it came to sales, the rep just laid out the facts and then left me to make my own mind up. Even mentioned that there was a significant price cut coming for the model two down from the one I picked.

We bought a John Deere E110 ride on mower from them in April after looking for mowers in many different shops in Taree. Customer service was great, especially Nick Chard, their sales manager, who explained everything well. He even gave a follow up call after a couple of months to see how it is going. Also need to mention the great and courteous service of other Nick (the young one), who delivered the mower and explained things to us at our first visit to their shop. Mower is easy to manure, have enough power and still going well.

really service has a lot to be desired order parts told they will call when they arrive i ring ask no they not here yet 2 days after order WE will call you 5 DAYS LATER STILL NO CALL ring up yes its been here for 4 daysi remember walking in with 1 million $ in my pocket to buy tractor at this shop they didn't have the model i was interested but assured me one was coming in they would call me 2 yrs later still waiting for that follow up call
