If I can I want give 0 point. Bad attitude for customers. Delivery late over 1hour. No apologies, I told them I only pay half delivery fees. They told me give u two choices, pay the total fees or I let the driver come back. Very terrible experience. Never use this company

Like many others if u could rate 0 stars i would, ordered 1 cubic meter 3 days ago it came so sloppy and wet that we asked if it came from another pour and put extra water in it so it doesn't harden, we were reassured that it was a fresh mix but was so wet that it took the concreter 9 hours to wait while it cured enough to be workable, 24hours later was still wet and not cured enough to walk on also had white spots all over the area, was told send them emails with pics so they could see, sent pics & videos and then to be told that they will send there sales manager out the next day mind you that being 48 hours after pour to check the area that has been poured ... still no sign of him ... RUBISH RUBISH RUBISH will never work or order from them again ...

Not a customer but a Midway truck hit me on the road and ran off before I could get their rego, Adam from Midway was extremely unapologetic or concerned. I understand the many 1 star reviews for this company.

I called to enquire about whether they stocked what I was looking for - customer service was lovely and genuine. We arrived to pick up and they were lovely still. Great price and the only company near us that had what We were looking for :)

Absolutely disgusting service was told lie after lie chasing my order as they were already running hours behind when I confirmed at 8 which in over 20years in the game that was a first, the only bonus was I had plenty of time to read the reviews so I cancelled my order and booked with someone else for first thing the next morning which arrived on time. 1st and last time I will ever use midway

One of their trucks drove over a manhole cover on the footpath and cracked it.Promised to come back and fix it, but never came back.

If I could give 0 I would!!! DIGUSTING SERVICE AND QUALITY of product. Do not waste your hard earned money because this company will take your money and leave you high & dry.2 weeks ago orded concrete, delivery was 2.5 hours late, delivery poor quality concrete that was already set and drying before being poured. 2 weeks been chasing with multiple calls daily Jeff the sales rep to address the issue and nothing. Thrown in our face, $530 wasted and the worst quality concrete and was told nothing they can do it, its not their fault. We are now forced to pay someone else to fix it. Disgusting and should be ashamed by the product and service

I ordered 2 cubic meters of 25mpa on 30/12/2022 for a scheduled delivery between 12-1pm for a domestic diy home project. I received my concrete at 5pm after making two calls to the Brooklyn office. I will make the following points:1) Office staff were apologetic & nice.2) The delivery driver, Branko, was nice.3) The quality of the concrete I received was very good and workable.4) The lateness of the delivery caused me to wake at 4am to finish the exposed aggregate concrete which was seeded with pebbles and treated with a concrete retarder.Reading previous reviews, I was prepared and expecting a delay of 2hrs but 4hrs is not good work practice. Head office staff were apologetic but some were making excuses which I didn't want to hear about.Punctuality is definitely a problem with the company but apart from that the service was good. It's the third time I have ordered concrete from this company.

Ordered concrete 1 week in advance, was told between 9-10am. At 10am I was told 12pm. At 12pm I was told they were running late and couldn’t give me a time. Had 2 boys sitting around for 4 hours which had to be paid and concrete didn’t arrive. Long story short do not use this mob that is unacceptable. Go somewhere else.
