Never and never go to this salon. Not professional staff and rudest owner. Before applying hard jel, my cuticles were not treated in any way. When I asked several times why they didn’t remove my cuticles, the owner rudely pointed out that I was just a stupid who didn’t understand anything about manicures.

They didn't bother to remove the old polish properly, the sides were pink, although I asked her again to remove it, didn't even try. Just make sure to tell them to remove completely. Also gave me shellac when i didn't ask. Nails were great though.

Busy salon. Got a fast service for acrylic infill which looked nice, but two nails lifted clean off within 6 days, and I have discovered nail fungus underneath, which I’ve only ever had once before from a salon that didn’t clean its tools between clients. Go here if you dare, but I can’t say I recommend it. I have been getting my nails done every 3-6 weeks for years! I won’t go here again. Sorry!

Sam is amazing and professional. If you want a team that truly takes care of you look no further. I came in with a terrible ingrown toe nail and after getting rejected from multiple locations, Professionail took me in and Sam performed a pedicure and procedure to assist in my situation.. Relieved my pain instantly!! I wish I visited sooner.

I had a manicure and pedicure yesterday, I had a normal nail polish and in less then 24 hours I have to nails without the nail polish. It simply gone by itself. I haven'd done anything not even washed the dishes.So, my only conclusion is that they used a very old nail polish and it won't last at all.Really bad service.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! Wouldnt even give them 1 star! They’re very rude and have no idea what they’re doing with your lashesFirst time I had a full set, then after 3 weeks went back for refills, specified clearly “I want the same lashes” (which was 3D but looked very natural) yet they put a different one on !4D which was a lot darker and looked terribly fake! Then when I asked them to change it they said ‘ you have to pay 25$ for removal + the fee for a full set!”
