My elderly mother had electrical issues on a saturday night and tried to organise to get it fixed by herself by calling this company. It wasn't explained well enough that the $316 was just a call out fee (she thought that would be the total), and then it would be another $300 for diagnostic and then another $300 for repairs. The second she called me and said an electrician was arriving, I went over to her place and spoke to the electrican as he arrived and asked in more detail the exact price. He spent all of 2 minutes at the address and wouldn't even look at the switch board, we paid the $316 for the call out fee and he left.The next day (a Sunday) we had an electrician come and complete the work in 10 minutes as it was just a blown fuse and then he added a Circuit breaker (to prevent it reoccuring) for barely any cost, as we told them what happened the night before and they were appalled.Staywired is a company that preys on the elderly in their time of need.

Great communication and a friendly, reliable service. They arrived on time and the workmanship was of a very high standard. I am more than happy to recommend StayWired Electrical and would happily use their service again.

If I could give less than one star I would. The electrician was four hours late, conducted a safety inspection and was here to provide a quote. Charged me the call out fee and for the safety inspection. No quote or safety report ever received. I wonder if they make their money by the call out fees, as I never received a quote. I complained about being charged $330 for this disgraceful service - an apology but no refund. Avoid, they are a total disgrace.

The Staywired team were amazing and very professional to deal with, I was so pleased that my problem was promptly fixed.I highly recommend this business for anyone who needs any electrical work required.

I had a really positive experience with Staywired. I don't know a dang thing about electrical wiring but Ahmad made a point of explaining all the things in a way that made me feel comfortable with the work that needed to be done. Personally I felt like he really knew what he was talking about and, more importantly, that he actually cared about doing a good job and picking the right parts to do that.The office manager, Hellen, is also fantastic I have to say. Extremely friendly, easy going and yet still highly professional.If I need more electrical work done in future, I will 100% be using Staywired again.

I called Staywired at 4:30am on a Saturday morning because we have a family member on a medical machine. Ahmed arrived within the hour and had everything fixed by 6am. He was extremely professional, polite and thorough, testing all devices in all rooms. The price was reasonable for the urgent callout and the great service and was communicated in advance so you know what you'll be expected to pay. I would definitely use this service again.

Fantastic, Eduardo was really helpful.We had them back twice more to do extra work since we were so happy with the first job we booked them for.

Charged me $1,100 incl got to instal a ceiling fan and a safety switch. I supplied the fan. Job took 1 ½ hours for 2 men (really only a one man job). Materials cost about $100 and get $100, so labour charged at $300 per hour per man. A big rip-off. I'll never use them again.

This was the third time we'd used their services and we are very happy customers. The technicians are really friendly and easy-going. The work quality is excellent and they always leave the area clean.I thoroughly recommend them as your first call.

As others have said, please do not put junk mail in my mailbox which clearly says no junk mail. Flyer claims 98% positive feedback on Google however that seems to be totally fabricated
