The staff were very thorough and tailored the products I purchased to my needs and skin changes. The staff make it seem as though I am purchasing something that will work on my particular skin problems, as opposed to generic ‘one size fits all’ approach. Would certainly recommend!

Really enjoyed my vist. I was plesantly surprised how much privacy the salon has compered to other ones - you will even forget that you are in the mall.I had luxury hot oil pedicure with Hayley, it was very lovely and relaxing.

Hot stone facial with shoulder/arm massageOverall ok, however experienced itching on my upper right arm after the appt. Looks like I am a bit sensitive to the cream used.

She is always so professional, with showing me mapping and the colour of the tints, she shapes them so beautifully I definitely recommend any brow or lash treatments to book in with her. All the girls are so lovely and welcoming when I walk through the door thank you Pure indulgence.

Pure Indulgence Toowoomba is one of my favourite places to visit! The treatments are always outstanding and their range of skin care products has helped my skin immensely. I'm always made to feel very welcome on arrival and always made to feel very comfortable in the treatment rooms. I had a luxurious facial and massage with Sinead today. I’d have to say that it was probably the best relaxation massage I’ve ever had. The facial was absolutely wonderful and I actually fell asleep after Sinead’s scalp massage. I highly recommend Sinead for both massage and facials.I also found her very knowledgeable with skincare and product recommendations ❤️
