Very helpful, prompt service. Willing to share advice. After leaving my computer with another local IT store for nearly two weeks without any action, Bob helped me out with what was now becoming an urgent situation. He built a new system and moved all my emails from WLM to Outlook within 48 hours. Highly recommended.

Bob was great. Ready to do what was necessary to get me going again quickly. Even though my motherboard was fried I brought him the new computer and he just changed the HDD over. He was happy to do a full clone if I wanted that done as well.Helpful, courteous and plenty of valuable insights to improve my computer's operation.Would recommend highly.
