Usual Coles layout. Wide entrance for wheelchair access. Usual food choices. Heaps of parking, in undercoveredareas; weekends you queue to get into this Centre so be early..

What has happened to Coles Birkenhead see more staff around but there is less service going on mostly self service. . Less brands you know more of their own. Fruit and vegetables are tired and don't last this is why I don't shop at Cole's anymore.

A large, nicely designed Coles supermarket on the bottom floor of Birkenhead Shopping outlet. Great access into this Coles if you park on the right car park level. Otherwise you can access the store via the nearby pedestrian ramp. This Coles store always has a large range of fresh fruit & vegetables and meat products. A large deli counter with friendly staff. I have never had any out of stock issues with this store. Lots of self-service machines or staffed checkouts as you leave.

I didn't like the fact that there are no checkout counters anymore and you have to do it yourself. Coles are making it harder to find other brands and have more of their own brands, which I dislike because I like to have a choice and choose myself and this is why I usually don't shop at Cole's anymore.

Team members are always helpful. Small shop but you will find almost everything for your groceries, vegetables, meats, deli, dairy need. I like their half price products the most.

Good store with incredibly bad click & collect service.Everytime they are delayed and classic question 'Are you in the parking slot?'. There is no network in the third level of underground basement where your click n collect parking is situated, how would I be in the parking and call you? I don't have a satellite phone.

Many people visit Birkenhead for outlet shopping. But this supermarket here is a hidden gem. It's huge, it's fairly priced, and it just works. Great for a post-shopping visit, since they close quite late vis a vis all the other retail stores. It's on the basement, and shouldn't be too hard to find given how huge they are.Especially if you drive / Uber, this supermarket becomes a no brainer shopping experience.

It's a Coles Local" so it's smaller than a full supermarket but good for most things. No deli counter and not as for extensive meat products"

This shop is well organised and clean. It was easy to find products in the isles.. We went for shopping in the mall and was happy that there is a Coles here to get our last minute groceries from here. It's good to have everything together..

The produce and deli sections are really well stocked. The cheese section is huge! I spent about 10mins making a selection.Self service check out lanes for trolleys as well which is super handy.Well stocked store and located near the car park entrance on Level G
