Disappointed as they scraped the stairs quite badly, their truck left huge stains in the driveway, didn't move 2 large items. One was missed and one they refused to move. Because it was too awkward. No other removalists have refused to move it before. As a single mum and no other way to move the items I'm completely stuck now. Don't recommend.UPDATE Jacaranda contacted me and I provided photos but they never called me back to resolve issue of damaged stairs. Instead have replied to this review. Very poor customer service.

I used these guys recently for a house move and will be booking them to move my business equipment. There were very efficient, polite and helpful, we had some big heavy furniture and nothing was to much of a problem for them. Highly recommend them.

On the 7th of Oct, we desperately needed a removalist and these guys pulled through with 3 trucks on short notice. They moved hundreds of furniture pieces and artworks, and never complained about how difficult the job was. The blokes there were amazingly honest- every time they found loose change under a couch, they handed it back to us, and the same applied for a few jewellry items. I will absoltely be recommending them to anyone I know who is moving, especially after comparing their great work ethic and caution to the items to the previous moving company that we used years ago. Thanks again guys!

Wow... What a great experience we had today with Jacaranda. Very good service, quick, polite, smelt nice (lol) and nothing was too much trouble. Very highly recommended.

Very impressed with my moving experience. The workers were proactive and very efficient. They took care of our furniture and stacked our storage unit neatly and with good use of space.I will be using this company again for sure.

Hardworking removal lads.Unfortunately inexperienced with moving heavy antique furniture pieces into a home with beautiful quality polished timber floors which now have areas of deep scratch damage.No protective floor covers were used & for me it has proved to be a very expensive removal. I did contact the business owner about this damage, sent photos but he has not found the time or inclination to reply to me. Hence my review as indeed I am very disappointed. Previously I have highly recommended Jacaranda Removals but not any more.

Very impressed with the quality of service. We had a big move with lots of heavy furniture the guys new what they were doing it was a smooth move. Nothing was to difficult, even when my daughter wanted her bed moved twice in the new house which meant the bed frame had to be dismantled twice...the guys were happy to do it. Everything arrived in our new place safely and the guys placed boxes and furniture where I wanted them to be.Very professional thank you Ryan and the team.
