Staff are very friendly. Was looking for Opal stone ring. They did not have at that time but helped with ring size AUS vs US etc. Staff guided, where and how to get alternatives etc.

Came in for a watch adjustment bought from another store, it was organised quickly from kind and courteous service. Staff member walked out to meet us twice to check the sizing , as the person I care for was not feeling 100% and wanted to sit outside. Very much appreciated.

Got my ring resized here. Every other store either told me it wasn't possible to reduce to the size I wanted, that it would come back ovular or they'd charge close to $100 for it. I got it done $30 here and it turned out perfect. In fact, I'm pretty sure they even re coated the silver because it came back looking shinier. Apparently this should even more, but they didn't charge it. I never bother to go around giving ratings or reviews but I'm too happy with this service not to.

Bought a 9ct 50 cm Singapore chain on sale at $89 four months ago and a gold medal that I truly like. Wore the chain around 15 times only. I took great care. Broke at the clasp. Returned it to the manufacturer for assessment. The chain was replaced with a new one.

Just wanted to thank Nicola, the lovely sales assistant that helped me out buying a necklace and earrings for my mum. I was so indecisive and she was so patient and showed me all my options and made sure I was happy with them. Absolutely lovely service and made shopping there so easy! I’ll definitely be coming back.
