Have worked numerous times with the Schiller Legal team on various commercial law matters, ranging from corporate advisory, fundraising to employment law. I can highly recommend this firm and Vala for practical, responsive advice and documents that are practical and in plain English. We are a small business and it is important to find a legal advisor that wouldn't 'over engineer' things and focuses on achieving the business objective.
