The worst Maccas I have ever been to. Dirty, poorly laid out, order screens don’t work properly or issue receipts, furniture is falling apart, staff are rude and food was cold.

Thanks.Went a 2nd time and got charged for big Mac sauce and wasn't given any. Paid for a double qauter pounder and got a 1 patty. The kid at the window was really rude and kept talking over me while trying to order.

Went through drive thru, while ordering at speaker box another voice came through saying please move to the next speaker (3 times) while I'm trying to tell my order to the lady, I told her 'sorry, there's another voice talking over' she replied 'yeah, I know - is there anything else?'...get to the pay window, girl is on head phones, points at eftpos screen then continues taking orders on headphones, she looks at me to point at it again, I said 'how do I insert the card?' She passes me a different handheld eftpos - I paid, kept going. Get my order - fries are cold! Go in to get fresh ones, to be handed what felt like fries from same batch. I stood there till someone else came over & got them replaced - again (still not hot, but warmer than last 2 lots). Get home with McChicken to find a tiny amount of lettuce. Overall, not happy - rude service & ordinary food.

If i could give 0 stars i would, please dont waste your time and money ordering food from here especially on door dash/ MENULOG ESPECIALLY!!!! So ridiculous ive waited over 2 hours now rang them said there was 1 delivery ahead of me! No point calling them honestly because they lie! Most likely food will be left out and i already know they would have “forgot” the sauces and it will be all cold also the drinks will be flavourless. Happens every time. Not to mention my order was $55 for 2 meals. Lol its a joke. Staff arent even trained properly.

As a Doordash driver, I have had an awful experience at Central Maccas, time and time again. The staff out front, avoid making eye contact with me for as long as they can, so they don’t have to make my customers order. I have spent time periods of 15 to 35 minutes standing there waiting on orders.I stood there for 15 minutes only to have the customer cancel the order. After a 20 minute wait today standing waiting, I delivered my customers order to them, only for them to ring me one minute later, telling me I’ve been given the wrong order. This was only because the person out the front refuse to look at me, he didn’t even ask me what my code was handed me a bag and said “this is yours” and refuse to listen to me.I know that they’re prioritising the drive-through and the customers that are coming in but we are just a front for your other customers and not looking at us and refusing to service and give us our customers order, is negatively affecting me and my ability to Doordash. As I am ment to have the order to the customer by a certain time an my percentages get negatively effected. This also undoubtedly happens too other local dashers. Despite the customer who is then waiting upwards of 30 minutes for their orderThis gives me an awful view on Central Maccas and personally do not want to go there myself, I’m not asking for you guys to serve DoorDash drivers the moment they walk in but work at least within the first five minutes of them standing there would be kind of you

I placed my order at 9pm. The put it through the side. But didn't make it at all. Called and 10pm still didn't get my food. And the said it be hear soon. 10.35pm at night finally got my food the chicken nuggets are hard and dry. The chips are cold and yuck. The only thing right was the drink and hamburger. I'm am really disappointed in them. That's just bad customer service.

Every time we go to this place there's a problem. Last time we were left sitting in the drive through for 12 minutes without any explanation nor apology. Today we ordered 20 nuggets and got 10. It's even says 20 nuggets on the box... how incompetent can people get. We'll be going to the other McDonald's from now on. Absolutely pathetic!
