Haley is such the greatest staff. She has the friendly attitude and being professional in serving curtomers. I came to the store 3 days and saw her there all the time but she is always happy to serve me and guide me to the good skincare routines!!

Visited last week and met a Vietnamese girl who such a most supportive and helpful staff I’ve met. I have really sensitive skin and didn’t expect I would get anything from here because I don’t really trust the trending products. But she tried to help me out and explain why my skin has that problems so I trust her to buy some. It works really well just after few days. I will be back more regular and HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!!

Came over on Sunday and it was super busy. I was having difficulties choosing the suitable cushion but Haley helped me out. She gave me great advice about my skin types and recommended some skincare products. Really professional and friendly! I ended up buying most of her recommendations. Will definitely be back!!!

Finally got my hands on the Beauty of Joseon relief sun: rice + probiotic. I’ve tried a smaller version of it before and it’s really good! Great customer service!!!

Came into the store to restock on some items. Met with an amazing staff, Hayley. She explained the basics of some of the skincare products to me in good detail and seems like she had a great understanding in this area. Seems like a very friendly workplace, 10/10 would recommend.

I visited LaCosmetic in Darling Square last night and bought a perfume. The Vietnamese girl called Hayley was so nice to our family and she helped me a lot to find the best perfume for me and introduce some helpful skincare products which made me feel so worthy when spending that amount of money. The manager was also nice also and made me love this Korean Store. I will be back soon!!
