Connie’s desserts especially her eclairs are by far my favourite. I have eaten many chocolate eclairs in my time including when I was is France and Connie’s can’t be beat. The choux pastry is the perfect texture, the filling is light and smooth and the chocolate isn’t too rich like they can be. Together it’s nothing but pure dessert heaven.

I recently came across the Cinnamon Quill Facebook page - so glad! I ordered a chocolate eclair, chocolate petite cheesecake & Biscoff petite cheesecake pack - Wow, so delicious- next family celebration I will definitely be ordering a profiteroles tower
