DENTIST DENTAL 4U YARRAVILLE

Had to get a tooth removed and Val tried to take it out and half way through twisting the tooth decided he couldn’t do it and I needed to get general anesthetic. He then sent the copy of the voucher I had back to the government which I had waited for 7yrs for and didn’t take into account the fact I needed more treatment. It take 6mths to get under sedation and Val left me with a tooth turned around and in incredible pain. Then when I was trying to get the rest of the work done and had to get the clinic to write to co health for another voucher he decided he was not going to do his job and get the voucher back so it left me with a chipped tooth and one that needed removing. Not happy with poor service and Terri treatment by Val

We tried many dentists before we found this place. Laura is the best dentist in Melbourne and we won't see anyone else. My fiancee and I have been coming here for 5 years. Highly recommend. David

I was recommended this dentist by my partner, after having a hard time with my last.Firstly the receptionist has impeccable customer service, went above and beyond for my needs. The dentist I saw Dr. Latis was kind, educated and frankly, brilliant. This practice has definitely restored my faith in dentistry. Extremely happy!

Laura is fantastic. She is very articulate and goes to great lengths to ensure that you are very comfortable and she explains everything that she is doing. She spends a great deal of time at the end consulting with you about thr diagnosis and best course of action/options.

Not entirely happy with my experience at dental 4 U Yarraville. Routine filling in one tooth, pain not too much long after and 2 replacement fillings later I was suggested I may need to have a crown.Still in discomfort I sought a second opinion from a dentist recommended to me. He advised me the filling was uneven causing pressure on one side of the tooth which was causing discomfort. He evened out my bite and explained a crown would be the last resort. He also explained the filling placed in my tooth was un necessarily large.As a student Small savings it’s a lot of money to spend on a problem that could have been fixed the first time around. Which is disappointing as the team are super lovely and helpful.Edit: dr Latis apologies I did not make my appointment as it was booked prior to Christmas and I did not receive a reminder text.I also question why you suggest a “simple adjustment” could be made at this follow up appointment if it was something that could have been done to begin with?In regards to the tooth it was actually a routine filling to begin with. The trouble with the tooth began shortly after the first filling, as a temporary filling was then placed in the tooth to determine the treatment course. It was only then that you suggested a crack may be the cause. And then I had another filling after that. You then urged me to make a decision over Christmas if the pain continued as it would require a crown ASAP.I am now completely pain free after a simple readjustment to the filling.I have never left a review for a business before but I feel after spending thousands of dollars on 3 fillings I needed to express my anguish.Take care.

I recently meet with Laura to get a 2nd opinion on a dental issue. Laura took the time to thoroughly explain to me what is going on & helped me to understand my options. If you're someone who likes to have a real understanding of what is going on with your body, I would highly recommend meeting with Laura.

Travelling 45 minutes to see your dentist, that's a commitment! But I wouldn't have it any other way! Doctor Laura Latis is immaculate, attentive, gentle and truly professional. Love everything about this clinic - friendly staff, attention to detail in everything from the waiting room to the bathroom, amazing photos that take you around the world, nice music (and to my taste!), newest X-ray equipment, comfortable chairs, subtle smell of essential oils. It's better than a spa retreat! Already recommended to family and friends.

Laura has turned my fear of dentists into fear of dentists who aren't Dr. Laura. I honestly don't know what I'll do if she retires any time soon :)I can't recommend Dr. Laura and Dr. Val more highlyThank you both!
