Excuse the ridiculous name i have as it is my child's gaming account.I have made a few small purchases over the past month and found the guy at the counter very friendly and knowledgeable. he has guided me in the right direction and also things he has not been able to help me with he has sent me to the right places.I appreciate good old fashioned service.He also has a dry sense of humor which is funny

I recently moved into the area and I wanted to support the local businesses.I dropped into Darley bearings twice and made a couple of small purchases each time I went in I was looking at tools but they were too busy with other customers to bet their attention.Each time while making my small purchases I found one guy nice but the other older guy to be very abrupt to the point of rude.I thought he may have caught him on a bad couple of days and dropped in a third time only to the same abrupt manner.HOW MUCH DOES A SMILE COST?????ABOUT 5K!!I left and went to Melton and spent $5000 on a king chrome tool kit and a dewault cordless impact gun, jack, 4 stands etc etc.The guy at Total tools had a great smile and gave me great customer service.I have posted this so they relise their lack of care or effort does cost them, this is a typical example, HOW MANY OTHER TIMES HAS THIS HAPPENED????

Takes a bit of time to get served sometimes, but they also have a lot of time to serve you. The crew here are great and very helpful when fixing your problems.
