Mtc australia has been nothing short of amazing since becoming a client of theirs, their passion for finding the right job for the right person is second to none, special shout-out to Slade my consultant who has gone above and beyond for me more so than any other consultant I have had before.

I understand that the phone that was gifted to me was a good dead. However I cant get it to charge past 50%. It over heats which I'm sure is putting my safety at risk. I have needed it to participate in a investigation taking place in my life ATM an it has been next to impossible. It even has put me in danger due to contacting emergency services is impossible with this battery. I will buy myself a phone this fortnight. MTC will cover half of the cost or I'll make a complaint to the local MP. The amount of funds you receive from the government I am not asking for to much. You guys know these phone are a joke. Yet you still think it is acceptable to give them to people. I will say I am not happy.

Haven't had any issues and shout out to my consultant Shane at Strathpine as he's been very understanding when it comes to having to reschedule appointments when my mental health and other family commitments get in the way. All it takes is a phone call even a few hours in advance at the latest to have it sorted until we are both able to arrange another time that's a better fit. Sometimes I grab breakfast from the Macca's on the way back to the shop to do grocery shopping etc and head home in time to unload/pick up my boy from primary school so it's easy via bus from Bracken Ridge.

Appalling lack of respect and professionalism.Have submitted a lengthy complaint and more than happy to address this to the media. Undertrained staff. Almost unemployable!Shame MTC, you are a disgrace the way you conducted yourselves.
