Jack and Ben work religiously each week to keep our entire Illawara Stingrays club fit and healthy. They provide excellent service which is both professional and fun. Their expertise ensures our players access any treatment/help required to perform at our best. Could not recommend them enough!

Purpose Physio has been great for our family! Ben has helped my daughter recover from a knee injury, my Dad improve an ankle issue and me personally resolve a running problem. The team are careful and thorough and they resolve the root cause of your issue. Great team, I recommend them!

Ben, Jack and the wider PP team were tremendously helpful. From initial consultation over the phone, to the in person assessment, through to the sessions and weeks following my rehabilitation - Purpose’s commitment to the treatment of my reoccurring knee issue never wavered. Throughout the entirety of the rehab I was supported, guided and provided with personable, easy to digest and palatable structure. I felt years younger physically (and mentally/emotionally) post the 8 weeks with the Purpose team. I cannot recommend them more highly for the confidence they have instilled. 5 stars!

After dislocating my knee, Purpose Physiotherapy came highly recommend for my recovery. From my first appointment, Jack has been professional, patient and has shown a genuine interest in my recovery. I have found Jack, Ben and the team to be courteous, professional, approachable and always down for a laugh.I can not praise Purpose Physiotherapy highly enough and have no trouble recommending them for anything.

I was introduced to jack kyle and chris after my surgery in december. They have supported me overcoming difficulties with knee replacement and drop foot damaged nerves after the surgery. Home visits and now 1 day a week hydrotheraphy. I would highly recommend this team to my family and friends always positive and helpfulEncouraging me to keep up with the resigme which had had a positive result with continuity of support my nerve damage has improved. Their ideas and knowledge is amazing for this young group of professionals.

Jack Rodda rocks,he massage me every week at home and when I'm not home he comes to respite,he genuinely cares for me and my broken body I have special needs,my mum says he's very bright witty and mature beyond his ears.paul barkey

After experiencing 4 years of chronic hip pain & numerous health professionals, I visited Ben at Purpose Physiotherapy in Bulli after being advised by another surgery was my only option. In only 1 month, Ben has worked with me on my recovery plan & I am all but pain free. Even better I am about to commence my return to running & competing in triathlons after being advised I’ll never run again! I fully recommend Purpose Physiotherapy to anyone wanting a better quality of life & to move again with purpose!
