It's getting better everytime I go there! Staff remember details you tell them and actually care about you and your well-being! Great atmosphere! Great equipment! Just a great gym overall! Only downside is members don't put equipment back! Not everyone can pick up 20 kilo weights in the walking areas....

Great staff, great classes, love the sauna and the shakes. Have enjoyed the gym for a year now. I thought I would get bored of the gym but the classes are always changing and keeping it fresh.

Probably the worst customer service I've ever experienced at any gym I've been to. Went for a casual visit, cost $20, no waver forms signed no introduction or walk through. Then after my session I asked for a protein shake only to be told they don't do them currently because the ice machine doesn't work.

Spacious gym with lots of various equipment so when its busy that it doesnt feel crowded, great staff and I can get all my supps and gym apparel from. Plus amazing creche for my 1 year old and 4 year old.Side note: they make delicious shakes and coffee!

Love this gym! Staff are friendly and helpful. Facilities are well maintained. Classes from 5:30am - 8pm with heaps of variety - functional, HIIT & circuits, yoga & Pilates, cycle and Les Mills. Instructors are the best! Everything Fitness under one roof. And plenty of parking.

Customer service was terribleWe went in for a casual visit and had a look around the supplement section, and when we went to ask for the age requirements of the gym, the lady at the front desk said that there was heaps of cameras in a rude tone around, implying we were stealing supplements.

Not happy .. people on their phones .. groups standing around talking .. holding up customers who went to this magnificent place to complete their workout ... people leaving their towels on equipment then walking away.. I know you have many wonderful staff .. it wouldn't be to hard to police this.Yours in health and fitnessThe best gym I have ever trained in ..Ian
