Been renting here since it opened. Fantastic facility, easy to get in and out quickly. Staff are friendly and extremely helpful. Rent is much cheaper than facilities of the same size. Lisa and Steven have always been helpful if I have any issues. Basically its worry free storage at a good price.

Very displeased about the customer service phone-wise. when i rang Lisa to inquire about one room that had become available i was greeted by nothing but the in-appropriation and total lack of negotiation skills that whoever answered did not seem to want to be interested in talking to me at all. i then gave details that i emailed prior for simply being to the point, saving time to discuss while getting to know if they had a room to safely store some computers but refusal to speak to me was persisting and what surprised me is i even got hung up on. i then wrote an email to them about it where a reply came shortly which mentioned that Lisa, the consultant said she was I was hesitant as we don't have anything small enough." maybe so but still
