The staff are lovely however I got a coffee scroll yesterday that was dry, seems days old, and the icing on top was hard. Almost inedible.

Normally very fresh and yummy but the Boston bun that I purchased on Sat was so hard like it was a week old not very happy so much for my guests having afternoon tea with Boston bun

I'd like to say I enjoyed my cheesymite scroll after a long night shift...but I didn't, because I wasn't allowed to.Five dollar minimum for using a card? Did anyone tell the franchisee that the year is 2016, not 1986?If you can't deal with the tiny overhead for card use, DON'T OWN A BUSINESS.

Great staff, and good menu options. As a previous Bakers Delight employee (of a different location) however, I can say this particular stores bread can occasionally be under-done and doughy, and other small inconsistencies can be found in the single buy items. The store I worked for wouldn't have accepted such quality.That said - I still shop here because I still find it better overall quality compared to other bakeries.

Affordable selection. Got 2 buns and drinks for under $14. Very friendly and helpful staff too. They went above and beyond just getting my order.

Always good. Some bakeries in the northern suburbs don't seem to start early in the morning to use the cooler air anymore. These guys do. Good bread. Good staff. Reliable.

One staff member was training a new one. Very patient and didn't try to take over. Dunno why but that sort of thing impresses me. Bought some bread etc. Made a nice tomato and cheese sammy when i got home. I've lived in the voir for 15 years and had no idea there was a bakers delight store. I was naturally, delighted.
