ALDI

I love Aldi as it has great value products & even though there is less variety than other grocery stores, that actually works in your favour to keep your bill down. The fruit and veggie and meat departments are well stocked with fresh produce and good quality meat.I love the different stock they bring in every week for their sales.The only downfall to this store is its position as it is a stand alone store with no toilet facilities and minimal staff help.

Who doesn't like Aldi even if you do ur normal shop elsewhere. Bet you can't walk out without something in your hand. lol

Aldi at Booval is excellent. I find their vegetables fresh and good value. The meat is also good and the sealed long life packs are great and are excellent to use in the crock pot for slow cooking and always turn out well. Other areas provide specials which vary and offer good value products I.e. handyman tools, garden items and gifts. I always like walking through to see what is on display.

Classic Aldi. Like all Aldis best to go when there's not many other shoppers around unless you want to wait in a 7 person line with each person with a trolley full of groceries with only one out of 5 cashiers open.

I just had a disgraceful experience at the check out, the Shift Manager Sera, was too busy the whole time talking to another staff member who couldn't remember how to operate the ordering machine to place their shop stock orders! we were ignored, not greeted or acknowledged as Sera was too busy talking the whole time she was processing my groceries, it was only at the end when she said, you can pay anytime you like! You know you want customers to respect your teams, well respect goes both ways and what ever happened to good old fashioned Customer Service" its a thing of the past! I have my own business and I have never treated my customers like I have just been treated at your Booval store! Maybe you don't need me to bring my hard earned money in there to buy your goods

No customer service, but you expect that at Aldi. Location is good for train trips.

Love Aldi - they have a great range of value for money products and the staff at my local store are great. My only issue is I wish they had more self serve checkouts like the other major stores. I've only been to one Aldi store (Beenleigh QLD) that had the self serve counters and it made my shopping experience just that much quicker!
